Xerox Error: Some Network Services Not Available Due to Process Error Message
Disconnect the Network Cable, Reset the Printer, Then Connect the Network Cable Back Into the Printer

- The network cable plugs in on the back of the machine on the right side, and may be covered with a plastic flip plate. This cover will need to be removed in order to see the port connections.
- This printer has two power switches: one switch is located behind the Front Cover and the other power switch is located below the Control Panel.
- Disconnect the network cable from the back of the printer.NOTE: The network cable plugs in on the back of the machine on the right side, and may be covered with a plastic flip plate. This cover will need to be removed in order to see the port connections.
- Reset the printer with the network cable still disconnected.
- Press the secondary power switch (beneath the Control Panel) to the Off position. A warning message will be displayed on the Touch Screen that the printer is powering off.
- Wait 15 seconds for the Touch Screen to turn black.
- Open the Front Cover and press the other power switch to the off position.
- Wait 15 seconds.
- When the Touch Screen is blank and all lights are out, unplug the AC power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait a minimum of five minutes and then plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.NOTE: You must wait at least 5 minutes before plugging the power back into the wall outlet in order for all of the power to dissipate from the machine. Some components take longer than others to do this.
- Press the power switch behind the Front Cover to the On position, and then close the cover.
- Wait 15 seconds.
- Press the power switch below the Control Panel to the on position. The device will begin the power on sequence.NOTE: The entire power on process (to power on and complete a self test) takes less than 30 seconds. Certain functions of the printer, such as copying, will be available before other functions.
- When the reset is complete, connect the network cable back into the printer, making sure the document and data cables are in the correct position on the back of the printer.
